Your preference - what leverage to prove a system and still control risk?

The reality is lower leverage increases the probability that the trader will be willing to hold a position in red. With higher leverage you don't have that luxury thus, forcing you to use high leverage if you are certain that the trade will go your way once you enter.

Yes that is true and by having a decent FX strategy you can potentially make a lot of money trading pure martingale. Lets see if your trading system can last 1 year . Mine did then it crashed - http://www.myfxbook.com/members/RedRhino/martingale-1-year-b4-crash/688728 - It reached 200%.

So if you invest in PAMM, and bad luck hits, and they have 25% drawdown, can your share be wiped out?Is the large fund AUM protecting your from ruin? Will you see your funds as DD by 25%? Will you see your amount closed out because you could really only get by with 5% DD.???? What is the maths behind it?
