It is not martingale, it's scalping or some sort of arbitrage.
One thign for sure, it has nothing to do with martingale.

Interesting for sure. avg trades are only 19 minutes. I see some simple lot doubling, but not tripling like some martingales.

Yeah, yeah... it is not a "text-book" Martingale stategy, but it is definitely a GRID strategy. For example: On December 11th at 19:59 the strategy has opened 16(!) BUY positions within 1 minute at different prices. What is it if not a GRID? Well, the long-term outcome of grid strategies is well-known...
The other concern is that this strategy may have some ARBITRAGE component: lots of "0 second" trades with 10-20 pips profits on December 12th. Simply there is no way you can profit 10-20 pips within ZERO SECONDS other than using arbitrage. Good luck with cashing arbitrage profits (which are eventually cancelled by the brokers).

It is possible it is grid.
I've been trading with FXCM UK for 5 years. They are no bucket shop if the account is no desk dealing. Meaning trades will go through liquid providers, broker collects the spread. It is also possible for traders to have desk dealing account but the max. account size is 25,000 so this account can't be.
If some one finds a way for arbitrage with FXCM, the trades won't be canceled. I am sure. It is also possible to collect 10-20 pips if orders are used and there is a big market news. As soon as the trade opens the price hits TP.'
As it is a PAMM account I hope the owner can shed more light. In other words pretty impressive results.
